Terms of service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms apply to every business that uses iCryptoNow ("we", "us"), operated by 22JITUAN: the API, the merchant console, the sandbox and our support channels. By using iCryptoNow you accept them. If a signed agreement with you says something different, the agreement wins for that point.
1. The service
iCryptoNow lets you collect stablecoin payments from your users (deposits) and pay them out (payouts) on the networks we support (TRON, BSC, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon). Which networks and tokens are open for your account is shown in the console.
2. Your vault and your funds
- Each brand has its own vault smart contract on each network. The vault's owner is your wallet, not ours.
- Deposit addresses are smart contracts that can only move funds into your vault. They have no private key.
- Our keys are operators of your vault only. They can pay out within the limits you set on the vault, collect our booked fees to our treasury, and move funds to the cold wallet registered on the vault (section 5). They cannot send your funds anywhere else.
- You can withdraw from your vault, change its limits, its cold wallet or pause it at any time with your owner wallet.
3. Fees
- Each deposit and each payout carries a processing fee for the network (it covers the blockchain cost) plus a rate, as shown on our pricing page for your merchant type, unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Some networks have a one-time setup fee, shown before you enable them.
- The exact fee for any amount is available before the transaction through
GET /v1/quoteand in the console. - We tell you in advance, in the console or your support group, before we change the fees that apply to you.
4. Minimum amounts and transfers we cannot process
- Each network has a minimum deposit and payout amount. A deposit below the minimum is recorded and reported to you (
deposit.below_min) but not credited. Contact us and we will help where we can. - Tokens or networks we do not support, transfers to a wrong network, and transfers to addresses that are not current deposit addresses for your account may not be recoverable. Always show your users the deposit address from our API for the network they use.
5. Vault cap
To keep large balances out of vaults that our systems operate, each vault has a cap: 20,000 USDT (or USDC) per token by default, or the amount agreed with you. The cap in force is shown on the Vault page of the console.
- Once a day (after 00:10 UTC), what the vault holds above the cap, minus payouts that are already queued, is moved to the cold wallet registered on your vault. The destination is read from your vault contract at that moment; nobody can choose another.
- Nothing is moved if no cold wallet is registered, or if it was changed within the last 48 hours. You are told when this happens.
- The cold wallet is yours to choose and to keep safe. Keep enough in the vault for your payouts: payouts that do not fit wait in the queue and are sent as soon as the vault is topped up. We remind your owners when the vault holds less than about one day of payouts.
6. Limits, approvals and security holds
- Payouts follow the per-payout and daily limits you set on your vault, and any approval threshold you set in the console.
- We may pause payouts, for every merchant or for one merchant or network, when we detect a security risk, a mismatch between our books and the blockchain, or unusual activity. Deposits are still credited during a pause, and queued payouts are sent once we resume. We tell you when it happens.
7. Our guarantee
If you lose funds because of a fault in iCryptoNow's own systems (address generation, signing, sweeping, payouts, our servers or our ledger), we cover the loss in full.
This does not cover losses that start on your side or outside our systems, for example:
- API keys, console logins or the vault's owner or cold wallet leaked or misused from your side;
- deposit addresses changed or shown incorrectly on your platform;
- transfers to a wrong network, an unsupported token or an address that is not a current deposit address;
- events at blockchain or token level, such as a network halt or a token issuer freezing an address.
8. Your responsibilities
- Keep your API keys, console logins (with two-step verification) and owner wallet secure, and use the IP allowlist for your API keys.
- Use iCryptoNow only for lawful business, hold the licences your activity needs in the places you operate, and do not serve sanctioned persons or use the service to hide the origin of funds.
- Keep your callback (webhook) endpoint able to receive our signed events, and reconcile them with your own records.
9. Availability
We run the service around the clock and announce planned maintenance in advance. Confirmation times depend on each blockchain and can be longer when a network is congested.
10. Suspension and ending the service
You can stop using iCryptoNow at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or the law. Either way, your vault and the funds in it remain yours, and you can withdraw them with your owner wallet.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you before changes take effect; using the service after that means you accept them.
